Every Leather & Co piece is thoughtfully designed in Paris to last. Here are the answers to the questions we are asked most often — about our materials, orders, delivery, and commitments.
— Products & Materials
We work with two families of materials, depending on what each piece requires.
For classic models that develop a patina over time — bifold wallets, belts, traditional cardholders — we carefully select genuine leather for its grain, suppleness, and durability.
For modern models that need to remain pristine — RFID cardholders, compact, shock-resistant formats — we use selected technical materials for their durability, refined finish, and easy care.

Our designs are conceived in Paris, then entrusted to carefully chosen manufacturing partners. This approach allows us to offer quality pieces at a fair price, without compromising on finishes or durability.
We do not claim French workshop expertise — simply a rigorous selection and design process, and customer service based in France.
Leather is a living material. Slight variations in shade, grain, or markings may exist between two pieces of the same reference — this is what makes each one unique. For models made from technical materials, the finish is, however, more homogeneous from one piece to another.
A simple conviction: the right material for each piece, never the other way around. Genuine leather when it makes sense, technical materials when they better serve the piece.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and 4 interest-free payments with Klarna. All transactions are secure and processed via Shopify Payments.
Any modification or cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been shipped. Please write to us at contact@leatherandco.fr with your order number; we process requests within 24 business hours.
Yes. A detailed order confirmation is automatically sent by email at the time of purchase. For a professional invoice with your intra-community VAT number, please write to us at contact@leatherandco.fr, specifying your order number.
— Delivery
Delivery fees are €3.99 in metropolitan France. Delivery is free for purchases over €110.
For Europe and international destinations, fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
We ship each order within 24 to 48 business hours. The transit time is then 10 to 15 days, both in France and internationally, allowing your carefully prepared order to reach you.
You will receive an email with the tracking number upon shipment to track your package in real-time.
Upon shipment, an email containing the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier is sent to you. Tracking is also accessible from your Shopify customer account.
Yes, we deliver in France, Europe, and most countries. Fees and delivery times are automatically indicated at checkout based on your address.
For destinations outside the EU, customs fees may apply upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the recipient according to local regulations.
— Care
Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Every 3 to 6 months, apply a thin layer of neutral wax or nourishing leather balm to maintain its suppleness and prevent cracking.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sun, humidity, and direct heat. In case of rain, let it air dry flat at room temperature — never use a hairdryer or place it near a radiator.
A simple damp cloth is sufficient to care for our models made from technical materials. No need for wax or specific products. Avoid solvents and aggressive cleaners that can alter the coating.
Gently dab with a slightly damp cloth, without rubbing. For grease stains, sprinkle with talcum powder, let it sit for a few hours, then brush gently. Avoid any solvents, alcohol, or detergents.

— Returns & Warranty
You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect found upon delivery.
To initiate a return, please write to us at contact@leatherandco.fr with your order number.
All our pieces are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of an issue, please send us a photo of the defect and your order number to contact@leatherandco.fr — we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
Normal wear and tear from daily use (slight marks, leather patina, rubbing) is not considered a defect.
The refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days from the receipt of the return. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
