Article 1: Purpose

These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between Leather and co and any person making a purchase on the site. The acquisition of a product (wallet, belt, accessory) implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Products and Availability

Each item is accompanied by a detailed description. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance to the product sold, particularly concerning the color nuances of the leather or synthetic materials. Our product offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 3: Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the site are indicated in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Leather and Co reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Payment is due immediately upon order. We use secure payment systems (SSL) such as Stripe or PayPal to ensure the protection of your banking data.

Article 4: Order and Withdrawal

A customer wishing to purchase a product must validate their cart and complete the payment. In accordance with the law, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the address provided by our support for exchange or refund without penalty.

Article 5: Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated during the order. Risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the products leave our premises. In case of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 6: Warranty and Liability

All products supplied benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. In case of non-conformity of a product sold (stitching defect, broken clasp upon arrival), it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. The liability of Leather and Co cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, or service interruption.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (wallet visuals, texts, logos) are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Leather and Co. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use, for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.
